The new thumbs down worthy Anti-Prop 2 ad by Drug Safe Utah titled ‘Say No To Prop 2’ has all the elements of dated DARE propaganda, a few lies and more fudging. We thought the hippie dude throwing up the peace sign was a nice touch. The dramatic piano music really made cannabis seem spooky. These people are still stuck back in the 60s waging war on the hippies. Who can forget Plumb’s racist Anti-Marijuana book back in the 80s? I bet still uses those tired old phrazes like “Those Dang gum, dopers” and “Jazz Cabbage”. Sorry, Walter… The white and black kids have been dancing together for a very long time.
