Prop 2 Compromise Goes To The Utah Supreme Court

!!! IMMEDIATE CALL TO ACTION !!!
ALERT BY CITIZEN DANIEL NEWBY

On Monday, the Utah Supreme Court accepted an emergency petition by The People’s Right (TPR) demanding that the judicial branch defend the voice and vote of the People by declaring HB 3001 S6 unconstitutional.

I proudly added my name to TPR’s petition. We need YOU to add your name TODAY (time is very short!).

Citizens like myself already pitched in to pay the filing fee, so joining is free. Make your voice and vote heard!

Every person who joins us, makes our statement more powerful, and makes it more difficult for our voice to be ignored. By joining, you’ll also have a chance to give your written and/or oral testimony (not required).

Read TPR’s petition for emergency relief (skip past the long list of names): http://accountabilityutah.org/…/Motion-of-Relief-under-Rule…
Here are the petition exhibits in case you’re interested: http://accountabilityutah.org/…/Ne…/2018/Petitions/Exhibits/
Here is TPR’s Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/Tprxyz-362284071199137/

TPR’s petition revolves around the Utah Supreme Court’s own clear language about the supposed “co-equal” right of Citizens to legislate via the initiative and referendum processes. Read their quotes and then ask yourself how legislators and governor Herbert could even dream about getting away with the secretive backdoor injustices they are perpetrating against their Masters: The People who comprise the Fourth Branch of Government! We’re directly challenging the judicial branch to do more than blow hot air about our fundamental rights, and to put the dirty tyrants infesting Utah’s legislative and executive branches back in check.

Time is very short to add your name. Here’s how to join…

STEP 1: Print both forms below (the first is to join, and the second is to certify that you let the parties listed know you’re joining):
