TRUCE is raising money for a legal challenge to how the Utah state legislature is allowing itself to be unduly influenced by leadership elements in the Latter Day Saint Church in violation of the Utah State Constitution. Specifically this is in relation to how 2018’s Proposition 2 passed by the voters is being replaced with legislation in which the church is playing a key role in drafting and passing.
